If you don't receive any qualifying benefits, there is help from your Local Authority to get ECO measures installed FREE of charge. Here is a link to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council's website outlining their criteria:

If you meet this criteria, we can make the application at point of survey, where we normally see a certificate of declaration from the Council back within a few days. Once we've received this we can proceed to install energy saving measures in your home FREE of charge.
